Xeta is an Indian technology business (sole proprietorship of Pushpa Chaturvedi, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh; Udyam-registered MSME and GeM-registered seller). Xeta builds and operates Kevo, the AI website builder, and Vibzy, a social platform. By creating an account or using any Xeta service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

A Xeta Account is a single identity across Xeta products: the same credentials sign you in to Kevo and Vibzy (much like one Meta account works across its apps). When account linking is enabled for your region, your basic profile and security settings are shared across products so you only manage them once.

• Eligibility: you must be 13+ to hold a Xeta Account, and 18+ (or have a guardian's consent) to make purchases.
• Accuracy: give true, current information (name, email, phone) and keep it updated.
• Security: your credentials are yours alone — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One person, one account: don't create accounts for others, share accounts, or impersonate anyone.
• Suspension: a serious violation on one product may affect your access to all Xeta products, since they share the same account.

• What it is: describe your business and Kevo designs a complete website you can edit visually and publish at your-name.kevo.in, with hosting and SSL included; paid plans add custom domains, the online store and more.
• AI output: generated text, layouts and images are drafts — review them before publishing. You are the publisher of your site and responsible for its content and legality.
• Your site, your content: everything you upload or publish remains yours. You give us only the technical licence needed to host and serve it.
• Custom domains are registered with third-party registrars and follow their terms.
• Merchant stores: Kevo stores use direct-UPI checkout — buyers pay the merchant's own UPI directly (or cash on delivery). Xeta is not a party to buyer–merchant transactions and doesn't hold or process those funds. Merchants are solely responsible for their products, pricing, taxes, delivery and refunds.
• Fair use: AI generation and hosting are subject to reasonable limits per plan to keep the platform fast for everyone.

• What it is: a place to share moments — feed, stories, reels and real-time chat.
• Your content: posts remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to display them to the audiences you choose.
• Community rules: no illegal content, harassment or hate, sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities), spam, or misinformation designed to cause harm.
• Moderation: we may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, using automated systems and human review. You can report content in-app and appeal decisions via the Contact page.

• No unlawful use, fraud, or infringing others' intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• No malware, phishing, or attempts to breach, overload, scrape or disrupt our systems.
• No reselling or white-labelling the services without a written agreement with Xeta.

• Kevo's paid plans are billed in INR through PayU (UPI, cards, net banking). Prices and inclusions are shown at checkout on kevo.in.
• Subscriptions renew each billing period; if a renewal payment fails, paid features may pause until payment succeeds.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Vibzy is currently free to use.

We target 99.9% availability but the services are provided "as is"— brief maintenance windows and outages can happen. We may add, change or retire features; for material changes that affect paid plans we'll give reasonable notice.

• By you: you may stop using the services or delete your Xeta Account at any time — deletion applies across Kevo and Vibzy (see the Privacy Policy for data timelines).
• By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or where the law requires. Where fair, we'll warn you first.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Xeta's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content published by users or merchants, or for third-party services (registrars, payment networks) acting outside our control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time — the "last updated" date changes and, for significant updates, we'll notify you in-product or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
